With a full heart, I want to share that I will be closing my yoga and art studio at the end of January due to a family illness. This was not an easy decision, but it is one made with love and intention.

I am deeply grateful for this beautiful community—for the practice we’ve shared, the creativity, the conversations, and the support that has filled this space. It has been an honor to hold space for you and to grow alongside you.

My path is shifting, and I must follow where it leads. While this chapter is coming to a close, connection does not have to end. I would love to stay in touch and continue sharing along the way.
