Bloom Studios – A Space to Grow, Create, and Connect
Blooms Studios was founded by Meredith Winchell, a 24 year public school art teacher, certified (Pre-K-9th) in Visual Arts, holding a degree as a Master of Art in Teaching Art. With a passion for yoga, she began teaching at local studios in 2022. She is a 200 RYT, with additional training in yin, inversions and arm balances, mindfulness, yoga for children and Reiki I and II.
Bloom Studios is a welcoming space designed to nurture creativity, mindfulness, and community. Offering a unique blend of art and yoga classes for both children and adults, our studio is a sanctuary where people of all ages can explore self-expression, develop new skills, and cultivate inner peace.
Whether you're stepping onto the mat for a calming yoga flow or picking up a paintbrush for the first time, Bloom Studios provides a supportive environment to explore and grow. Our thoughtfully designed classes range from playful, imaginative sessions for kids to enriching, restorative experiences for adults.
At Bloom Studios, we believe in the power of creativity and movement to inspire growth, connection, and well-being—because every soul deserves the space to bloom.
SERVICES OFFERED
We offer a variety of art classes for children and adults. Classes are uniquely designed to offer both skill-building, as well as a choice-based approach to honor the artist’s inner voice.
Yoga classes are carefully designed in a variety of styles and levels of difficulty. Modifications are given, as well as moments of challenge- depending on the needs present. This functional approach to yoga helps to foster an inclusive environment and meets each student where they are at.
We also offer reiki sessions by appointment. Reiki is a holistic approach used to reduce stress, promote the body’s natural healing processes and offer deep relaxation.
